How Precision Countertops Scaled with Moraware Integrations
Precision Countertops, headquartered in Wilsonville Oregon, is the largest countertop fabricator in the Pacific Northwest, currently servicing around 1400 countertops a year, spanning from Kent Washington to Boise Idaho.
CHALLENGE
To avoid diminishing the quality of their service while continuing to grow, the team at Precision Countertops prioritizes maintaining their core values of efficiency and personal customer attention with all of their jobs, large and small.
SOLUTION
Precision Countertops integrated with DataBridge two years ago by implementing our Icon-X (integration with Home Depot) add-on. Since integrating, they have added MIRS (barcode inventory system) and JMAIL (automatic texts and emails to customers) to enhance their business process even more.
Through the Icon-X integration, each job is created and sent to Precision Countertops by Home Depot, then automatically entered into Moraware so customer receives a personalized welcome aboard/thank- you email within the hour via JMAIL. As the job progresses, the customer is kept in the loop automatically through triggers in Moraware.
